Great
zombie ass-kicking action as you run about the neighbourhood zapping
zombies and saving your friends. Fab graphics with top sound effects make this one fun playable game. Two player mode enhances and is similar to Escape from the Planet of the Robot Monsters. |

| Popular
game on all formats. Essentially a clone of the Metroid games, you shoot
the enemy robots, collect diamonds and power-ups and can swing about
using your robot-rope-thingy. Lots of explosive power and action to relieve the stress. |

An
arcade conversion of the Commando type. One or two players can go
rampaging through the enemy terrain blowing them away and parts of the
jungle as well. Not as good as some other variations, eg. Warzone (Amiga) or Ikari Warriors (C64), but a good blast never-the-less. |

| Who
said sequels never improved on the originals? This sequel to Another World takes you to the next level. It's mix of platform-shooting action, puzzle solving and cartoon interludes is one of the first games that make you feel like you are taking part in a movie. Fantastic animation and gameplay. This also had a sequel, Fade to Black on the Playstation. |

If
you like loud explosions and lots of pretty flaming graphics then this
is for you. One of the most manic sideways-scrolling platform shoot-em-ups ever made. Just shoot everything, if you can. It is extremely difficult. Several sequels/prequels were made all with Contra in the title. |
